All service shall be offered contingent on weather and traffic conditions, which are outside the direct control of Admin Associates. As these adverse conditions do arise from time to time and do have an equally adverse affect on response times, no response times can be guaranteed. However, Admin Associates will make every possible effort to respond to our clients' requests in as timely a manner as is reasonably possible.
From time to time we may be forced to triage services so as to attend to those clients in the greatest need, such as a server crash or T1 line down. Rest assured that you will receive the same treatment in your hour of need.
All services offered by Admin Associates Inc. include Labor Only to perform the following tasks ,which define the SLA. All materials and equipment will be billed separately, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred by Admin Associates.
