While we are happy, even eager, to help you resolve your networking and technology problems, we realize that by the time you call us you have already been inconvirnced and production is most likely suffering. That is when we unleash our four prong attack on your problems.

We call this process R.O.P.E.

"R" - We quickly log into your server or workstation Remotely, but securely, to diagnose and repair the problem. (This is done only with your permission. If you like, you can observe the entire process as it happens - In fact, we encourage it !).

"O" - If a hardware problem or loss of Internet connection prevents us from accessing the unit remotely, we then go to On-site service. (Conditions allowing, we try to respond in two hours or less for emergencies).

"P" - At all times, we attempt to act Proactively to prevent problems from occurring in the first place. This is done through a free initial assessment of your systems, and constant monitoring thereafter to detect problems and correct them before they can have a negative impact on your operations.

"E" - Unfortunately, many of the processes that must be performed to keep a network bug-free and running smoothly, require that the unit being "tuned up" or optimized, be taken out of service and therefore off-line. This is where our contract clients reap a very valuable Extra benefit. After hours service can be at normal rates with no overtime or premium surcharges. This is true when the service is scheduled in advance and cannot reasonably be performed during the client's business hours without having a negative impact on production or work-flow.

So, Remote service, On-site service, Proactive planning, and the Extra benefits of inexpensive after hours service.
