Q: Do you service areas outside Delaware, South Jersey,  Northeastern Maryland and Southeastern Pennsylvania?
A: While we can not offer on-site service outside these areas at this time, we can provide remote service anywhere in the world where there is high-speed Internet access. Through our franchise effort, there may be a branch in your area soon.


Q: Do you sell computers and other hardware?
A: We are not hardware vendors. If you wish, we will procure hardware for you, often at lower cost than the retail market, but we do not maintain an inventory of any hardware, and other than adding shipping and handling costs, do not mark it up or attempt to profit from its resale.  Warranties are between the buyer and the manufacturer, though as a courtesy, we will help handle the warranty inquires and fulfillment.


Q: Do you sell software ?
A: Yes, we are a Microsoft Registered Partner, and can provide you with any Microsoft software you may need. We can also suggest other software titles, and procure them for you; often at lower costs than retail.
We are also sales agents for several security software vendors such as Symantec and AVG.


Q: Do you support all Operating Systems?
A: We feel it is better to do some things very well, then to do everything in a mediocre manner, therefore we support only Microsoft Operating Systems and some Novell systems.. Sorry...No Unix, Linix, or Mac's


Q: What if I have billing questions?
A: Please call us at 302-368-8630 or send an email to billing@networkingdelaware.com with your concerns.  Your satisfaction is paramount to our operations and we will strive to provide that satisfaction through whatever means necessary.


Q: I read that under certain circumstances, your company will work at nights or on weekends without charging extra for overtime.  Can that possibly be correct?
A: Yes. Many common maintenance tasks can only be addressed when there are no users logged onto the system.  We will perform this maintenance after hours or on weekends so you do not have to interrupt your workday for such jobs. We will perform these tasks without charging premium rates if the situation can meet the following tests.  The key is:  It has to be scheduled, in advance.  It has to be recurring, such as on a contract or through a special agreement if you prefer “Time & Materials” rates.  It has to be procedures that can only be performed when no users are on the system.  Remote users will be denied access during this time.


Q: Does Admin Associates work on home computers or set up home networks?
A: We determine that on a case-by-case basis, but we are more closely geared to businesses.
