By contracting with Admin Associates, Inc. as your exclusive Virtual I.T. Department, you will realize several distinct and additional benefits.

Substantially Lower Rates - At least 15% and as much as 45% discount over the usual "Time & Materials" rates, due to our special "Blended" rate, which covers all aspects of normal business-hours service. .

Priority Service - You will get a call back within 20 minutes and service within 4 hours.

We aim for less than 2 hours response time ! ( Normal business hours; conditions allowing).

Reduced Charges - 50% savings on after-hours surcharge:

The after-hours surcharge will be billed separately and is in addition to the pre-paid hours purchased.

After Hours at No Additional Charge - The after-hours surcharge will be waived completely for maintenance on Servers, Routers, Firewall Appliances, and other items of the Network Infrastructure when such maintenance can meet certain criteria: It must be previously scheduled, recurring (such as monthly server maintenance), and must be performed when no users can be logged onto the system  This even includes weekends and service from 6 P.M. to 8 A.M. M-F, (excluding legal holidays).

No Additional Trip Charges - Trip charges are waived for locations within a 20-mile radius of Wilmington, Delaware. For locations outside this area, reduced trip charges may apply.

Just agree to hire Admin Associates, Inc. as your exclusive technology provider and consultants for a minimum of six months.

Agree to purchase a minimum of 48 hours during that six-month period - That's less than 2 hours per week!

Agree to pay promptly - Terms are net ten days - an additional 1% discount is available for same day payments. A late fee of $10 per month will be assessed on balances aged over 30 days.

You will be billed weekly for time incurred, with a minimum weekly charge until the total contractual obligation is satisfied. If additional hours are needed, they will be billed at the same great rate.

All terms are net 10-days unless arranged in advance.

All on-site service incurs a one-hour minimum.

Unscheduled and non-recurring work performed outside normal business hours ( 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. M-F) incurs a surcharge.

In recognition of the fact that unexpected, uncoordinated and/or conflicting changes made by different entities will have a detrimental effect on network performance, reliability and security, the client must agree to engage and retain Admin Associates as their sole and exclusive I.T provider for the entire life of the agreement.
